That, along with your consistent availability and honesty, helped us to complete our vision and build our dream home.
When we started this project, you gave us a realistic estimate of the cost to build our home. You made sure that there were no financial surprises at the end of the project, by taking the time to research the actual cost of items we wanted to include in our home. That really gave us peace of mind. Your attention to detail is second to none. It is apparent that you work with the best subcontractors and artisans to bring a level of finish uncommon in the industry. It is because of this that a "Georgetti Home" stands out in any neighborhood and especially in our neighborhood.
Not only have we had a positive experience with you, but also with your employees and every one of the sub-contractors who helped you build our home. The quality of their work was outstanding. They are still servicing us as we need them and they all have been superb. We were also amazed at how little needed to be done once we moved in. You often hear horror stories about contractors coming back for months and months to fix things in a new home. We have experienced none of that, this also, is a testament to the quality you provide in each home.
In our opinion, you don't build houses, you build homes. That is why we not only consider you and your staff our builder; we also consider you and your staff our friends. It is because of this and the aforementioned reasons that both myself and the Bernardini's do not hesitate to recommend you and Georgetti Construction for any project.

The quality of the work is excellent and we receive constant compliments on the project. When we began this process we knew that it would be a very big job. We were basically having the entire house rebuilt and having multiple additions added as well. As you know, everything was being completely redone, including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls, windows, roof, plumbing, staircase, HVAC and everything in between. You can imagine how daunting a prospect this can be for a home owner. Since we had to move into temporary housing while the work was being completed, we were also concerned about how long we would need to be out of our home. From beginning to end, you delivered exactly what you promised. Your communication with us throughout the process was great. Many of the suggestions that you made as the work was being performed became excellent additions to our home. Your subcontractors also did high quality work and communicated well with us. Your crew was always neat, polite and hard working. Our neighbors constantly commented on how clean they kept the property. While there was major construction going on right in their backyards, they told us that they never felt bothered by it. Finally, we were ecstatic when you delivered our new home back to us, completed, 2 weeks ahead of schedule. This was especially remarkable considering most of the work was done during one of the snowiest winters on record. You were able to provide all of this to us for a price that was fair and reasonable for the quality of work that we received. Thank you again for providing us a wonderful home. November 3, 2011 Georgetti Construction recently completed the construction of a home for my husband and I and we could not be happier with the results. Scott Georgetti, owner of Georgetti Construction, kept the construction on track, remaining diligent in scheduling the various sub contractors as well as providing us with timely recommendations for materials and suppliers. Scott personally reviewed every phase of the construction making sure each aspect was exactly what we expected and that the workmanship was of the highest quality. Now that we have lived in our “dream house” for six months, I can honestly say that I would not change a single thing. In Cape May County, choosing a reputable builder to assist you through all the phases of construction is a daunting task to say the least. Yes, you can see all of a prospective builder’s previous “custom” homes they have built but unfortunately this truly doesn’t reflect the most important aspect of this process……that is the relationship that you will have with your builder and his team during construction.
